Day 4: Clean Program

I feel ultra-energetic today! I made a yummy brown rice pesto pasta for lunch, here is the recipe:

  • 1 cup gluten-free brown rice pasta, cooked
  • 1/4 cup boiled peas
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup water

Blend last 5 ingredients and pour over first two. Yum!!
